sopied keys pls help

got a problem and this may be in the wrong place for this thread, but i trusted someone who shouldnt have been trusted and let them use my car while using my car he made copies of my car keys and gave to his friends what can i do about this his GF who dumped him gave me her copy of the key and told me his friends had copies to but said she didnt know how to get them.
how hard is it to change the locks on a car or ignition. or any other suggestions

Tell him his choices are simple: either he pays to have your locks re-keyed, or when anything disappears out of your car (and it will - need a new stereo, perhaps?), the cops will be showing up on his doorstep, since it's common knowledge that he made copies of your keys without permission.
