H23a motors are a joke. They are only good when you do a frankenstein (h22a vtec head). Truthfully i would not waste the time or money on a prelude motor in a civic. You are going to be bustin axles left and right. Plus, i don't know of any shops up here that can do the swap right. If you are gonna do it, go to Atomic in the south...they re the bomb...Dr. CHarles is the king of prelude swaps. I would build an ls vtec or a b18c....stock motors turbo'd are no good, cuz sooner or later you will blow no mater what. Or go for a b20 block with a b17a (92-93) crankshaft.
