It could be alot of things that are causing the problem. First off we are going to need some back ground.... I assume the car is EFI, but it's a tough call, carbs were still used back in '87. Is there any other problems you are having, or is it just stalling. Have you pulled the plugs, and found out what the tell you? When you start the truck, does it run fine till it warms up, then dies, or does it die from the time you start it, on?

Its like the half carburated, and fuel injectors, cars, I have not check the spark the plugs but I will that asap, it takes a while to warm and if not properly warmed up it will shut off when the car stops, The car is a manual. I am thinking its either the spark plugs or I have to put some fuel additive to it. But I am going to check out the spark plugs and get back you.
thankx for your help

TEAM ERECKTION Umm, okay looser, please take the mindless banter somewhere else, like, a honda fourm.
As for the subject at hand, half efi, half carb? confusing...Is it a DPI set up, where the injectors are in the form of a carburator, like on Holly's Pro-Jection? What a mean by asking when it dies is...when you start the car cold, does it run through the warm up process with out problems, only to die after it warms up? Also, when you mash the gas, and go FOT does the car run normal, or still die?

ey rich dont trip thats my homey and it aint mindless banter i got the same kinda truck sittin on the side of my driveway. check yer carb. i used o drive my truck wen we went snowboarding and wen it got warm the carb stuck or something. try spraying yer carb see what happens. sometimes problems arent as big as u think. take tims si for example.
I COME IN PEACE DUDE... dont bite my head off, im only an "immature teenage punk" =/ but nah its all good in the hood bro
