ka24e? or ka24de?

Generally you can get a s13 sr20det front clip for a about 2-3 grand (US).

A ka24de will run a lot cheaper.

sr20det = engine
front clip = body work (grille, hood, & fenders)

:confused:

RWD SR20DET w/ manual trans and ECU= $2100

Yes, front clip, usually the front clips I listed at that price, they don't come with the body panels. When performing this swap, it is best to get the clip, because you should get most of the parts that you need for the swap (intercooler, piping, cluster, ignitor, mafs, etc.). Most people will tell you to save your money and purchase a clip, which will lead to a smoother swap.

Oh I see what you're saying, you were referring to all the mechanicals in the front clip, not the body itself.

Exactly, most importers remove the body panels because it saves money on shipping. Or the body panels were destroyed. If they do come with body panels it will raise the price of the clip, since the body panels are used commonly for silvia front end swaps.
