yo!
goin' all motor? If you are and you have hella $$$$, then ya, boring out the motor is a must for some extra gains. For cams, Toda and JUN makes some good cams for the GS-R. You can also swap in some ITR/CTR cams on there for decent gains. I would go for Toda sped B cams. You get very good top end with these and the car is still very streetable. Oh ya, you also have to change out ur ECU to an OBD-I type so you can raise the redline, where most aftermarket cams give their best gains...
Yup I know, u need hella $$$ for all-motor. EreckT OuT!!

its very possible
a gsr swapped hatch with cams, springs, retainers
spec B or Crower strip cams would do the trick

who told you Unorthodox pulleys give you 37hp to the wheels? That's BS dude. Maybe 4 to 5 hp's.
If you wanna go turbo, it would be cheaper than all motor. But keep in mind that turbo engines require higher maintenance and you will run into that legality issue. I hear that GReddy is comin out with their 50-state legal kit? (but no intercooler?) Also, be careful with turbos/SC as the risk of blowing stuff apart will get higher. Stock internals can only take so much boost. Some ppl underestimate that, so be careful. All motor is more reliable in that the power is being made naturally.. no forced induction.
But ya, this is the time to make some decisions. Usually aftermarket cams don't go well on turbo applications. So if you going FI, don't get cams. If you're going all motor, get cams.
hmmm all motor with a small shot of NOS sounds good =)

really? oops, my bad! =)
oh ya, I've heard some bad stories about AEM gears slipping. I don't know anyone who has them so im not really sure. Anyone have any input on this? I kinda like the Toda gears better. They have more bolts holding them on, which is I think better than AEM's 3-bolt pattern....
