top speed questions

i have a 94 2 door accord dx and my top end is only at 117mph with an intake only. i was wondering wat other people wit 94 dx accords top speed is and could be done to increase it.

first, i think all(or most) cars these days have a speed limiter, remove it(ecu remap) if u do.. or get a big tail pipe with header to gain high-end horsepower(lower torque on the other side)

i got a friend with an accord dx, he drives an auto, and tops out at 120 w/ intake(just a filter really), and cat back, peace
