Hey guys, long time no see. Anyways, my truck came equipped with an internal coil and I am ready to replace my crappy ignition system (capacitor on top of plug system from direct hits) with a powerful multi-spark ignition like jacobs or msd. I was wondering if anyone has any information about internal to external conversion or any other options that I may have. So far, I have only found one decent system for internal coils, but my guess is that the wiring is going to be very difficult without the correct diagrams which will be impossible to find for my vg33e engine. It is located at http://www.hksusa.com/products/?id=838 . Thanks for the help guys.

yup. you can never go wrong with msd. they offer the most extensive line-up of ignition system upgrades. try their website: www.msdignition.com . then you can get the model which fits your engine... then look for compatible parts from other manufacturers if you wanna go cheap!:D

Thanks for the help, but all of the msd upgrades are for ignitions with an external coil except for the hold HEI ignitions. I have an internal coil.
