Does anyone know how to install under chassis 4pc neons on a 2000 VW Jetta 2.0 8v.

no, but those will look tight! Just be sure to tuck them so you don't get ticketed.

yeah i have done it before...did it on a kia sportage and soon on my stang....hit me up i do side work....krusin koncepts at ur service :D ....lol....the name of my side business not an actual shop....
