If my CV boot is ripped and my CV joint is making a clicking sound when i turn left, do i need to replace the boot, the joint, and my axle?

How old are your axles? a lot of the time it's just a little more money to replace the entire axle...
But to answer you question...replace the CV Joint...most likely you have had torn boots for awhile and have lost so much grease that has caused a worn spot in the joints (hense forth the clicking).
And why aren't you asking these q's with your crew? Hmm..

you gotta replace the half shaft (axle). Once the clicks starts, you gotta rebuild the mofo with new bearings. But if it just rips some shops will do it for 40 bucks. when it srarts to click you're lookin at like 120-150ish. just for oneside.

You may not even have to do that. If the boot is torn, then shit will get into the joint and fuck it up. Pull them out, degrease the joint, get a new boot and then repack it with high-temp bearing grease. As long as nothing is broken, you should be fine.

SEE if you had a RWD car you wouldn't have that problem (or your chances of replacing a CV boot would be close to none).
haha Just kidding.:D
