I currently have Civic '98 CVT D16Y5 and want to get an engine swap .. what's the good swap? cost doesn't matter .. just want a good engine .. thanks

hmm, no offense, but mr.(or ms.)fc3s, if ur trying to make fun of everything (rather then i think ur giving comments) with knowledging of few hi-tech keywords (like 20B COSMO, which is a tri-rotary engine and it would be nearly imposible and mostly--dumb to swap it into a Civic), then i think u better study and thru some tech-related website to upgrade urselfs knowledge first.

a civic, if u want to go for all-motor(which i would perfer not to add NOS or a T), B18CR would be a perfect swap, since H22 will be too heavy IMO.
or u can use B16 or other b18 too.
