Camber on 99 Civic?

Has anyone else noticed how the rear wheels of at least the 99 Civics kinda lean in towards the top even though they are sitting on factory wheels and suspension, are they supposed to and will a camber kit correct that or doesn't it wear down your tires?

my civic doesnt do that.. maybe just you take it to dealer and have them check it out u should still be in warrenty
