im runnin a gsr with a civic type R cam and ported heads and other stuff...

most usually get CTR intake and ITR exhaust cams...i could b wrong tho

It does make a differece just most people are too cheap to spend extra money on the exhaust cam because it does not produce a huge noticible difference. On he dyno it does.
