AEM pulley kits

hey i was wondering if AEM pulley kits were any good? did it give you a reasonable gain in hp?

Hey, I got the AEM Tru-Power pulley kit installed on my car. They're pretty good, and they're definitely larger and much lighter than the pullies they replace.

As for power, at low-RPMs, there's better throttle response and the engine revs A LOT faster. Through the mid-range and high-end is when you really feel the HP increase, though. The HP increase isn't anything great, maybe 4hp on my car, but it's definitely more noticeable then what you'd feel with an intake, for example (which I consider more noise than anything).

I haven't had any problems with the electrical stuff and no problems with my idle. They're a good bang-for-the-buck mod.
