Probably want to check somewhere locally first, the extra price might offset the price of shipping and then mounting/balancing.
Azenis - Haven't heard anything bad about them yet
Nitto NT555 - Have heard some ok things and some bad things
Kumho Ecsta Supras 711/712 - Would think the ones with a lower treadwear wouldn't be so bad on the traction aspect--but haven't heard great things about them except online (grain of salt).
Those are the ones I am looking at (or was).. think I'll probably get the Azenis if I can and hope they don't wear as fast as they should.

there's also the Falken FK451, which is what I have, it has a bit more conventional tread design than the Azenis, I love them, very sticky.

Excellent tyre choice if you can afford them. I wouldn't suggest wasting those.
Nitto gear is always good and Bridgestone for us Aussies never let you down.

azenis will set you back 80-100 bucks each depending on where you get them. they have one of the best grips for a street tire, but will wear out reasonably fast compared to many other tires.
but its worth it.
Azenis are the tire to have, form what my ST auto cross buddys are saying...but if you really want a good tire state side go with A3S03 from Hoosier...they stick:)

The Bridgestone Potenza's and Pirelli P Zero's. Great, great tires... but definitly not the best bang for your buck. They're expensive as hell and you'll burn through em quickly if you're drivin hard.
