why do you constantly make same treads over and over again?

What is the point of buying a Prelude Si if you're already planning a swap? Just get a VTEC.

Get the Si and keep the motor. Not many peeps would want to buy the h23 motor anyways. the h23 is a good motor and so is the h22. if i were you i would just keep the h23 and turbo it. that's what i'm gonna do in about a month.
