What NEXT?

I just put a cold air intake into my '98 Z24 Cavalier. It helped a lot but I am looking for more acelleration and more horsepower. What should I add next? I read the sticky and it didn't help me. I don't have more then $1000 to spend. Please help.

crower camshafts, and how about a header? and a FAT ALUMINUM RICE WING THAT WILL ADD +20HP LOL 1000 not enough for turbo but get a headers and adjustable cam gears and a camshaft should put you around 1000 :)
