When we got to Concord last nite, it was boomin. I havent seen this big a turnout in a long long time. After taking forever for us to find the racers, we meet up at a gas station. There were about 10 cars left outta the pack late at nite. I asked if they wanted to run, and a couple of guys agreed. I was kinda dissappointed that they pulled out a Civic at first.

We head to the track and the Civic pulls up next to me. He revs and I hear his blow off Valve...uh oh, I underestimated him. The flagger drops his hands, we are off. I catch too much wheel spin on 1st so he has the lead but by the top of 3rd gear, I have taken him.

Next up was a 96-98 Mustang. He lines up and right off the bat, I have him and beat this guy by a good 15 car lengths.

The guy with the civic wants to run again. He adjusts his tire pressure and lines it up. This time I dont peel out on first, we are dead even...I chirp into 2nd and I pulled 2 cars on him, I chirp into 3rd (wow) and take care of him.

Afterwards, we started talking about stuff. He says he runs 4 lbs of boost in his civic so there is definately room for improvement there. They ask me to do a smoke show before I go, and I gave them what they wanted as everyone cheered while the tires lighted up and the screeches filled the air.

Peace Out.

i ran a white TA at byron last night, it was probably the same one. i did a lot better than i thought considering he had a shiftkit, stall, and full exhaust from what i could tell... and i missed 3rd gear, second time that night. it was funny overhearing people say i was gonna get whooped, just cause i run a stock catback probably
