i have seen some nice cars that have lowered the car past the level of the body rim above the tire, i was wonderin how they did this and where do you make room for the tire and where does it go, i have a picture to help show the idea cuz it was hard to explain: http://images.cardomain.com/installs/168000-168999/168287_10_full.jpg

a friend of mine told me you have to cut the wall out so the tire would have room to fit. but i dont know exactly.

You have to cut out all the arch liner and roll back or shave the outter arch off. Sometimes you have to roll the entire arch if you have a wide tire. On the inside of the rim, you have to grin the arch back an awful lot if you have big rims. Biggest size I'd recommend doing it on it a 17 inch rim. 18's require a lot of VERY VERY hard work, and 19's well, forget it! I got my Skyline dropped 60mm on 19's and I get some scrubbage on the tires with no arch liners, and the arches grinded back to almost nothing, and theres still about 1/2 an inch to an inch of space above the tire and the arch!

View my gallery for the pictures, and I might be bringin the car to LA when I move, just depends how much I spend on it before hand. Just shelled out $22,436.34 to have a rebuilt and get the engine from 434bhp to 830bhp, so I'll have to wait and see whether I can afford to import the car over there.

Just wait till the new 20inch (possibly) alloys go on, and the Bomex Kit! Might even go for a extreme exhaust. Probably quad exit 4inch tailpipe jobbies.

u mean tucking in the wheels? some rims have different offset and it might not be able to tuck at all... but yeah if you want to tuck you'll have to get rid of the wheelwell lining...

depending on the car you might be able to just drop it all the way. My car was like that.

you have to roll your fenders. when i do it i use a baseball bat. It takes a while but works hella good. i don't like cuttin it out. It leaves an ulgy edge. i also use a hair drier or heat gun to warm up the paint where i roll the fenders. if you don't it'll chip the paint.
