2001Civic/RSX to 1998 Integra coil over question

My friend just gave me a set of 2001 Civic/RSX coil-overs (odx, vis,skunk2 type)and just wanted a second opinion if they can fit on a 1998 integra cause I'm kind of skeptical about it.

They will not fit. I just took a look at a rsx and the suspension is totally different now.

there is a way. honda tunning. some issue in 2001. they installed ground control on a 2001 civic. they had to saw off the "cups" that hold the stock springs. dangerous if you get any shavings into the shock but if you can make sure that you can seal up the shock before you cut then you can install them. same goes for any other car with springs that are larger in diameter than the old standard 2.5 inch wide diameter

forget my last post. i got it backwards. take the coils and sell them on ebay and let the bidders jack up the price
