How About This Engine?

Well I thought I had found the 'perfect' engine, I wanted the B16B (type R) 185hp@8200 and 118lb-FT@7300. and I had the B16A (SiR II) as a back up 168hp@7800 and 116lb-FT@7300...
But then I came across The H23?!? H22, F22, and B20?
Is there anybody out there that can tell me just where in the world I could find a H23? and what in the world does it come out of. now I Know I'ma Newb but that H23 sounds damn nice to me. I you could please tell me where I might be able to get one of these beasts (well, for a civic) and about how much it would run me. I've got plug on the drop I just need it, and to get it to tha bay area, cali.

The H23 came out of the Prelude. Has like 160hp or something like that.

I thought that with 2.2 liters it would b sh!tin' on the B16B....
Well, I guess I just proved how much of a ignorant Newb. I am.
Well while I'm out making an ass of myself, Just what is the hottest highest hp hauling ass engine I could jam into a lets say '95ish civic?
I dont care if I have to make slight adjustments, but I dont wanna rebuild the whole damn car just to fit an engine in, you know?
