Ride within your limit and pay attention and you don't have to worry about falling off. Its when you get careless or stuuuuupid that you have to worry about.

You try not to think about that when you're riding. Confidence comes with experience. You don't think about crashing a car everytime you're in it do you? I hope not.
Just like scourge said, know your and your bike's limits and stay within them and everything will be cool.
