Hey all, I'm new to Nor-Cal and to Street Racing. Used to live in San Diego, Moved to Manteca about 7 Mo ago now and needed a new hobby, just looking for a group to hook up with to get tips from and possibly hang with once I get my car rolling.

I have a 2004 Honda Civic DX 1.7L I am not sure if I want to start fixing this car up or buy a car that will perform better once upgrades are put onto it. Or perhaps do an engine swap on my Honda depending on cost of course?

It comes down to what kind of car you want. The 2004 Honda civic ex can be made into a fun car but you can definitely replace it for something that performs better. Its a great DD though.
