i got a 93 SoHc Vtec with a Trust Intake and straight pipe and exhaust. My Boy has a 92 Integra Ls with intake and exhaust. which one do you guys think would win?
I think you would win, cuz both engines put out the same power(i think its 130 each).......and your car is a hell of a lot lighter than your friends....the easiest way to know is.....run him...it couldnt hurt....

just run him and post a race story when u are done
i think the cars both have the same potential especially with the weight of the integra making it more even. So it's left to the driver and some other minor shit like how old your clutch is and shit like that.

i thought the VTEC wasn't introduced on the civic until 1994, well not the US civic at least. I could be wrong, but that is what i always thought.

unless you cant drive
when i first got my car(95 si), BONE STOCK i beat a 92 gs with CAI and other small mods
he had about a 1 second head start and i pulled and pulled
HA
i am friends with the gs owner and he still admits my car is faster
those si hatches are strangley fast, if you know how to power shift and launch

Yes they did come with the 1.6 SOHC Vtec engines
also 92-93 GSR's were vtec
also ZC engines 1.6L 89-91 Vtec engines
also the NSX but that was obvious

thanks chow mein, I just got confused, I knew that the integs those years came with vtec, as well as the the nsx, but for the civic, i wasn't sure. I checked kelly blue book, and it said only 1994s and up civics came with vtec, on the 1993's it was only 1.6 liter, it never said anything about vtec, but kelly blue book isn't always correct.
