Ok here's the deal, I'm about to buy my first import. Granted, it's only a 86 Pulsar but I'm happy about it never the less. I'm thinking of doing a engine swap as it already has a brand new tranny an clutch. I think they had the E16 engines in them.
Now to those who've had swaps done at shops did you have to go to the dealer? I'd hate to do that they charge like 9098092834098234 more then everyone other place in the free world. Here in Columbus, Ohio we have like one major import shop called Passon ( sp ck ). They also charge out the ass.
Does anyone have recommendations on how to research an find a place to do the job?
