well this is my first kill post and my first real street race KILL so easy on me. it happened 2 dayz ago 3pm, sunny day looking for a few imports i can play with. i just got my lude 2 weeks ago and its been pleasin me very well. i was rollin down on garden city in richmond through slow traffic when i see a black SIR on my rear view mirror a couple of cars behind me, zigzaggin thru traffic so i make myself noticed and i speed up and i turn right on westminster hwy. and he follows. i gun it and he creeps up and i pull up on a red light on the right side as he pulls up on the left. we're both on the red light with a long empty stretch of roadway ahead of us. i didn't even have to look at the guy to say if he wanted to race cuz i knew it was on. 2 imports on a red light. the opposite traffic had a protected left turn signal and some van runs the amber arrow signal. i get my revs up at 3K the light turns green as soon as the van passes, i dumped the clutch and get a big ass lead. and so the civic launches kinda late too. oh well a green light is a green light. 1st gear hit 4k, shift 2nd hit 5k and 3rd. i was pulling hard 3 car lenghts ahead and as i look back by 4th gear he catches up and was at my blind spot by fifth i hit 120 KM on a 60KM road he wasnt pulling anymore i was too excited and i couldnt even find my hazards LOL so i call it a victory. i said fuk it its getting too fast and i slow down. put on the brakes, and the civic keeps going and flew by. i see him turning left and as i pull up i slow down and look at him to try to get his attention to say it was a good race but doesn't look back. anyways i was amazed how my H23A performed. all i remember was hearing his SIR's sweet tuned exhaust tone. he probably just had bolt ons and me.. im all stock with heavy ass tsw 18's on.
