Anyone have any idea what a '92 HB with a stock GSR swap would run in the 1/4.....I went to one of those 1/4 mi calcs, and it came out with 13.7....does that sound right to anyone else??? Keep in mind, that the engine is completely stock.....

My friend just did that conversion and its the same year car, and he has a full exhaust(tanabe racing medallion) and intake and he ran 14.5 at the track.

Gsr's aren't always what they are cracked up to be. 3500$ for 14's??? Ive seen many b18c1's dyno at 130 hp, which is pretty sad for the money you put out. Why not stick with the stock engine? Nothing wrong with Single Cams

If a healthy GSR dynoes at 130 then yeah there is a problem . However if a JDM 40k miles ( honest!!!!) does that well so what, gut it and stuff it with the good stuff. I just broke thirteens and all thats there is headers intake and exhaust. ( minus a few pounds ) I thought about a turbo to get me into the 12's but no I'm gonna do it all motor just to shut people that doubt up. Just a week ago I was told that I might run a low 14.2-14.0 . Well I'm better than that and I have'nt even dynoed the bastard or put in cam gears. NEXT : B18c5 bottom end .

i am pretty sure that it would get the 14's cuz the gs-r its self gets 15 flat and its should get 14 with intake but the hatchback is light so i was guessing the mid 14's and the guy with the 95 si with intake and headers who beat a hatchback with a gsr all i have to say its mainly on the driver cuz that guy must really suck to loose to those old si's u know .... aight
